The Scanning of Digital data in 3D can be done by Digital Laser
scanning, White light scanning, or else Contact Probe scanning to
get a representative digital model which can be imported into any
CAD/CAM package via data translators, and used for further applications.

Rapid Prototyping:
A prototype of the Final 3D model can be obtained before we proceed
for the Design and Manufacture of Molds. This helps us to get a realistic
feel of the product and also helps to supports our decision about
going ahead with the design.
The prototype can be obtained using a variety of materials and methods,
depending on the requirement of the customer. We have also offered
our services to several jewellery manufacturing companies to get prototypes
of jewellery pieces in wax or resin.

2D to 3D Conversion of Design Data:
A number of organization have been using 2D drafting tools since
several years. Thus a large data of either manually made drawings,
or computerized 2D data exists. Several of these organizations are
now transitioning towards 3D modeling on CAD with a variety of applications.

3D so that it can be used directly or after modification on the 3D

CNC Programming & CNC Machining:
Services related to CNC Programming include generation of CNC programming
codes for input to any type of CNC Machine controller. The input could
be a 3D model or any type of Design data which can be used to create
a 3D model, and the output will be an error free CNC program, post
processed to suit the desired type of controller. Complexities can
range from simple 2 Axis machining up to 5 Axis machining. Machining
types could be Milling, Lathe, or Wire EDM.
CNC Machining for simple to complex jobs is undertaken on CNC machines
of a variety of capacities and Types. CNC Programming code developed
on High-end CAM Software, and the entire machining will be undertaken
by us to give an error free machined job.

a. FEA of a product for properties.
b. Flow Analysis for a mold.

d. Simulation and checking of surface quality using High-end Surfacing
